Rates And Policies

By using the services of Kisii Errand Runners, you agree to the policies and terms here: Services are charged depending on errand and include travel time but not the cost of your purchases, outside vendor services, repairs, parking fees.    We kindly request that payment be made in form of cash at the time services are done. Any errand service requiring purchases, payment is due in advance. We require 12hr notice to arrange service but we will tussle to help you with urgent requests. Sunday and holiday services are upon availability. We will serve your request as long as it is legal, ethical and reasonable. Kisii Errand Runners holds the right to refuse any business it feels is dangerous, illegal or unethical.  We hope you will be pleased with the service we provide you. If it’s necessary to cancel a scheduled service, we will refund the full cost of the errand provided a 6hr notice is given. If a 6hr notice is not given, a Kshs. 150 fee will apply. All services will be performed by Kisii Errand Runners as efficiently and safely as possible. We respect your privacy and all your information is strictly confidential. Services outside the General Service Area are subject to rate surcharge.  There is a minimum 1 hour fee for all completed tasks. This typically includes 2-3 Errands general rate: ksh350 per hour Hourly rates does not  include cost of purchases Damages    Kisii Errand Runners will not be liable for any third party damage (ie.,Electrician, Dry cleaning) Confidentiality Kisii Errand Runners does not sell or exchange our client information to third parties. We will only provide vendors with the information necessary to perform the required service. Discretion is guaranteed by all Kisii Errand Runners employees.
