Q.How do i get started with your services?
A: That's easy,
- We schedule all errands as soon as we receive your instruction.
- We ensure you receive a clear quotation and agree to errand costs & terms upfront.
- We dispatch a runner immediately, aiming to reach the errand location within the shortest time possible.
- We facilitate all requests in full adherence to instructions received.
Q. How do you charge for your services?
A: Most of our errand services are based on an hourly rate while others are on a flat rate. All errand services have a one hour minimum charge. This does not include cost of purchases.
Q. What is the minimum time we can hire you for?
A: We have a minimum of a one hour charge on our services and then we bill every 20 minutes after that so you can hire us for any length of time you require. We also have time package rate as well. You can combine services so that you are only charged the hourly rate no matter how many services we do for you in that hour.
Q.What geography do you cover?
A: Kisii town and surrounding areas, Oyugis, Keroka, Rongo, Migori, Nyamira and Kilgoris. If any other area is needed, a small fuel charge may be added. Please contact us for details.
Q. Can you do same-day requests?
A: Yes, we do our best to accommodate your requests.
Q. What if a service i require is not listed?
A: Just ask! We do what we can to assist you. Requests for services which are illegal and /or unethical will not be granted.
Q. What are your hours of operation?
A: Mon-Sat at 8:00 a.m. - 5:45 pm. We do offer Saturday and evening hours (prior request mandatory.contact us for details). We are closed on Sundays.
