Here's how it works: 

1. Initial meeting/conversation
This enables us to fully understand your requirements and what is important to you. We can also advise you on local areas, rental prices and current market conditions. If you wish to go ahead with our service, you will have one member of our House Searching team representing you from start to finish. 

2. Property criteria
We work closely with you to compile a focused and realistic brief which takes into account your requirements and preferences. This is emailed to you so that we are all clear on the initial search criteria. 

3. Property search
We thoroughly search the market on your behalf, working with all relevant estate agents and our network of reputable private landlords. We then shortlist the best properties.

4. Viewings with you
We organize a viewing tour and take you to each of the shortlisted properties. Viewings are arranged back to back, enabling you to easily compare the best options and make an informed decision. 

5. Negotiation
When the right property is found, we discuss negotiation tactics with you, including your preferred move in date, contract length, and any special requirements or conditions to your offer
